Spiritualitas Relasional dan Ketahanan Pastoral: Studi Empiris atas Pengalaman Pendeta Gereja Masehi Injili di Timor-Klasis Kupang Barat

Pelayanan pastoral di Gereja Masehi Injili di Timor (GMIT) berlangsung dalam konteks sosial dan spiritual yang penuh dinamika, yang menuntut pendeta untuk memelihara kehidupan rohani di tengah beban pelayanan yang kompleks. Artikel ini menyelidiki dinamika spiritualitas para pendeta GMIT di Klasis Kupang Barat dalam konteks pelayanan yang kompleks dan menantang. Berdasarkan metode kuantitatif deskriptif dengan dukungan data kualitatif, penelitian ini mengeksplorasi pemahaman, pengalaman, dan nilai-nilai spiritualitas yang menghidupkan para pendeta. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa spiritualitas mereka berakar kuat pada relasi personal dengan Allah, namun tetap mengalami tekanan dan kelelahan spiritual akibat beban pelayanan dan struktur gerejawi. Dengan pendekatan teologis Andrew Root, spiritualitas dipahami sebagai partisipasi relasional dalam kehidupan Allah, bukan sekadar performa institusional. Temuan juga menunjukkan bahwa ibadah keluarga dan nilai-nilai seperti kesetiaan, kerendahan hati, dan relasi yang otentik menjadi sumber kekuatan rohani yang signifikan. Artikel ini mengusulkan perlunya reformasi spiritual menyeluruh, pendampingan keluarga, pembaruan budaya jemaat, serta reformasi struktural gereja untuk menopang pelayanan pastoral yang hidup dan berkelanjutan.
